Community Counseling Center (CCC) recognizes that employees are a company's most valuable resource, and we're proud of the quality employee assistance services we're consistently able to provide for our client companies. In addition to exceptional face to face confidential counseling for employees and their eligible family members, we offer:
EAP's goal is to offer a range of programming to our clients with a focus on prevention, early intervention and, when necessary, damage control. Through providing confidential counseling, referral services, education and organizational interventions, we help to decrease medical costs, increase productivity, improve work attendance, reduce substance abuse related problems, decrease unnecessary and costly turnover, avoid litigation and improve attitudes and employee satisfaction. The US Department of Health and Human Services reports that the use of employee assistance services has documented investment of returns for companies. In fact, it is estimated that companies end up seeing a $8 to $20 return on each dollar invested in employee assistance services. CCC is in a unique position to offer employee assistance programming, as we are a long-standing non-profit agency in the community. We are very tied into area resources and have over 90 professional staff members with various areas of expertise to draw upon. The majority of our current client companies have been using our EAP services for many years and report high satisfaction rates.
